We started out as a group of enthusiastic volunteers who wanted to make a difference. We needed to add knowledge to our enthusiasm to save little lives. Here are a few of the resources we refer to often.
A pioneer in the world of neonatal rescue, her website is full of resources for rescuers. We wholeheartedly recommend her book Tiny But Mighty for anyone who wants to learn more about caring for the littlest and most vulnerable. Her YouTube channel has hundreds of videos that show how to take care of the tiny but mighty (we think we’ve watched all of them!)
A leading advocate for TNR, this site is full of educational resources and practical ways to help advocate for the health and safety of cats. We have used it as a guide in our TNR efforts.
Cats of Davidson exists to end the suffering of unwanted and abandoned cats in the Town of Davidson through active trap, neuter, manage and release and adoption programs. We strive to provide care, comfort, and compassion to community cats.
